How does doorstep repair work?
Raise a request via WhatsApp or our booking form. We confirm your device and the issue, share an exact quote, and a certified technician comes to your location to repair it — most repairs are done in front of you.
Which areas do you serve?
We currently cover South Mumbai, Central Mumbai, the Western Suburbs, Navi Mumbai and Thane — and we're expanding. If you're nearby, just ask and we'll confirm.
Which brands and devices do you repair?
All major smartphone brands including Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Pixel, Nothing, Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo — plus tablets, wearables and laptops. Don't see your device? Send us the model and we'll confirm.
Do you use genuine parts?
Yes. We use genuine-quality parts matched to your exact device model, and every repair is tested before we hand it back.
Is there a warranty?
Every repair is warranty-backed. If a related issue comes up afterwards, we'll make it right at no extra cost.
How much will my repair cost?
Pricing depends on your device and the issue. We always share an exact, upfront quote before any work begins — no hidden charges.
How long does a repair take?
Most common repairs like screen and battery replacement are completed the same day, often within the visit itself. Complex repairs may use our secure pickup & drop service.
When do I pay?
You only pay once the repair is done and you're satisfied. We support convenient payment options at your doorstep.
